My journey into counselling psychology is rooted in a genuine interest in understanding human emotions and relationships. Through my academic training and internship experiences, I have learned the importance of patience, humility, and ethical responsibility in clinical work.
I view learning as an ongoing process and regularly engage in supervision and reflection to strengthen my practice. I believe that change is gradual and deeply personal, and I respect each client's pace and readiness.
