Agreement of Care
By engaging in counselling services with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and effective therapeutic relationship for both of us.
Appointments & Cancellations
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee.
Professional Service
Counselling is a collaborative process. While I provide evidence-based support and guidance, the outcome depends on active engagement. I reserve the right to refer you to other specialists if I believe they are better suited to your needs.
Fees & Payment
Session fees are clearly stated during the booking process. Payment is required either in advance or at the time of the session, as according to our mutual agreement.
Professional Boundaries
Our relationship is strictly professional. Outside of our scheduled sessions, communication should be limited to logistical matters (scheduling, payments). I do not engage with individuals on personal social media platforms to protect your privacy and maintain professional boundaries.
